Lifeline is available to eligible Delaware households. The program provides a monthly discount on phone or internet service, often resulting in free service and a smartphone for qualified participants.

Delaware Eligibility

To qualify for Lifeline in Delaware, you must:

• Participate in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, or other qualifying programs
• OR have household income at or below 135% FPL
• Be a Delaware resident
• Only one Lifeline per household
