Connecticut residents can access free phone service and cellular data through the federal Lifeline program. Eligible households can choose from various Lifeline-approved carriers.

To qualify for Lifeline in Connecticut, you must:

• Participate in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, or other qualifying programs
• OR have household income at or below 135% FPL
• Be a Connecticut resident
• Only one Lifeline per household
