Two Ways to Qualify

You may qualify for Lifeline through either program participation or income eligibility. You only need to meet ONE of these criteria.

Option 1: Program Participation

You automatically qualify if you participate in:

  • SNAP - Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
  • Medicaid - Federal healthcare program
  • SSI - Supplemental Security Income
  • FPHA - Federal Public Housing Assistance
  • Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
  • WIC (some states)

Option 2: Income Eligibility

Household income at or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines:
